Indoor Track Season opens in the SoCon

Furman places two 1st place finishers at Clemson Opener

Furman sophomore Brayden Seymour won the men's 3,000m and freshman Delaney Vickers took gold in the women's 1,000m to lead the Paladin indoor track and field team at the Clemson Opener Friday in Clemson, S.C.

Field Events, Freshmen Lead Catamounts at Clemson Opener

Damon Worley earned the top placement of the day for the Catamounts, taking fourth in the men's pole vault competition. He cleared 4.27-meters tallying a personal best in the indoor event. Worley was joined in WCU's top five finishes by transfer thrower Ericka Jackson who took fifth in the women's shot put thanks to a toss of 12.76-meter.

Wofford opens season at App State

Wofford had numerous top-five finishes, including two first place finishes by Olivia Bagg (high jump and 55-meter hurdles) and a first place in the 400 meters by Taylor Jennings-Ward.

UNCG Track & Field Opens Indoor Season at Winston-Salem College Kick-Off

Junior Evan Pena and senior Colin Keck both earned top-10 finishes in the 3000-meter run.

Furman's Schubert Crushes Program 5K Record At Boston University

Schubert crushed the previous Paladin indoor 5,000m record Saturday at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston, Mass.

Six Spartans Run Personal Bests at JDL Early Bird Invitational

The UNCG men's and women's track teams competed in the JDL Early Bird Invitational for their second meet of the season on Sunday. Six Spartans clocked in personal best times, including four on the men's side and two on the women's side.
