McGee leads Mercer to victory at home, taking down Rhode Island

In a defensive battle, Mercer outbattled Rhode Island to claim a hard-fought 17-10 win.

Tailback Dwayne McGee led the way for Mercer, accumulating 114 yards on 21 rushing attempts. Through the air, Adjatay Dabbs was the Bears' best option.
