FUR - Freshman Rachel Hawkins drove in a pair of runs and Emme Buzhardt picked up her second save of the season as Furman topped Wofford, 4-3, in the finale of a three-game series Sunday afternoon at Hope Field on the Wofford College campus.
WOF - Wofford softball (18-11, 2-1) dropped the final game of the three-game weekend series against Furman (11-21, 1-2) on Sunday, March 23, at Hope Field. The back-and-forth affair saw a Wofford comeback attempt cut short 4-3.
ETSU - East Tennessee State University softball won its first conference game on Sunday, 5-2 at Western Carolina.

SAM - The Samford softball team wrapped up a three-game series against Mercer today in its Southern Conference opening weekend. After winning both games yesterday, the Bulldogs fell 12-5 against the Bears today. Samford's record moves to 20-13 after the defeat and 2-1 in league play.
