The Chattanooga Mocs made the 40-minute drive up the road to Cleveland, Tenn., to take on VMI in the Jones Wrestling Center at Cleveland High School. It was a dominant start at 125 with a tech fall at 125 and continued through to the exclamation point with a fall at 184.

Keydets drop SoCon bout against Mocs

The Keydets had an unfortunate return to conference action, falling to the Mocs, 28-10. VMI moves to 4-7 overall and 0-2 in the league while Chattanooga moves up to 2-7 and earns their first conference dual win.

Edwards, Conetta of App State Win Appalachian Open Titles

Riley Edwards (141 pounds) and Anthony Conetta (157 pounds) won Appalachian Open titles with 4-0 runs through their brackets Saturday, when the Mountaineers produced five finalists and 10 semifinalists among their 20 entries.
