The Southern Conference Volleyball Championship was be held in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and hosted by Wofford College for the first time in 2019. After a first-round game on a campus site (The Citadel) on Nov. 19, the Terriers hosted the quarterfinals, semifinals and final of the event on Nov. 22-24.
In the 2019 championship the second-seeded Samford Bulldogs took down ETSU, the No. 2 seed in the title game (25-23, 25-22, 23-25, 17-25, 15-8). Samford was led by Kelsi Hobbs, the Most Outstanding Player, who led three players in double-digit kills.
