The 2013 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships were held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at Veterans Park in Birmingham, Ala. Samford University played host of the 84th annual Cross Country Championship for the men and the 29th for the women. Furman took home both the men's and the women's titles, while UNCG's Paul Chelimo took home his third-consecutive men's title. Chattanooga's Teghan Henderson took home the women's title.
